We’ve created a special World Cup version of the value finder spreadsheet to help people find value bets on the world cup matches. In case you’re not familiar with the original spreadsheet you just need to give each outcome a percentage chance, input the odds available to you and it will tell you which selection has the most value. It already contains the group fixtures along with the current best odds and we’ll just need to add the quarter final, semis and final to it when the teams have been decided.

It’s using this method that has allowed us to profit on the Premier League for 2 seasons now. International football is more difficult because there are a lot more unknowns but at the same time this can provide more opportunities to profit. Do you research, stay objective and the earlier you can get your bets on the better.

Remember that you can also use our bet records spreadsheet to help you record all bets you make across all bookmakers. We have recently updated it to account for reductions in horse racing and added a few more bookies as requested by our users.

*UPDATE – I’ve also just been told about this excellent world cup spreadsheet courtesy of Colossus Bets. I particularly like how you can enter the scores against the fixtures and see what effect that will have on the group tables.

Colossus have agreed to do an offer too and if you open a new account quoting BETTINGTOOLSOFFER on the registration page, then you will receive 100% match on first deposit + wager up to £100.

The opening world cup match is less than a week away now so make sure you’re prepared! We’ll be posting our value selections on this blog with some preview info and we also have a page containing all the best world cup free bets and offers from the bookies.
