Well my break didn’t last long! I enjoy pricing up football matches though as it doesn’t take too much work and on the back of the success of the Premier League value selections which resulted in a season profit of 17.9% ROI, I‘ve decided to see if I can repeat the success on the international stage! It’s obviously a bit tougher particularly in the first round of matches but let’s see anyway.
For the opening game I’m on the draw. A pretty standard price for the draw but these openers are always cagey, low scoring affairs and it definitely has a bigger chance than normal of coming in, especially with the Greek’s involved. In the evening game I’m going for Russia as I think they’re a huge price, considering they’re playing a team who have no goal scorer. The player with the most goals in qualifying got only 4 and 3 were from the penalty spot!
